By using the L3B application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You may use L3B only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to misuse, disrupt, manipulate, or interfere with the Service, game rooms, hosted sessions, scoring, submissions, reports, or supporting infrastructure.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities that occur under your account.

If you use guest access, link your account to better preserve your purchases, subscription status, points, and related access.

Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, graphics, and other rights are the exclusive property of L3B. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any part of the Service without our written permission.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of L3B are offered through auto-renewable subscriptions or paid access products, including premium benefits and paid hosting access when available.

Prices, terms, and conditions are displayed within the Service at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your App Store account settings. Paid access may also include restore, redemption, or entitlement verification flows.

Refunds, billing, and subscription controls are generally handled by Apple under the App Store rules that apply to your purchase.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service in a way that harms other players, hosts, contributed content, or our systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, L3B shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
